One system your whole company runs on, with Awni to get the work done.
Qodra OS is the operating system for small and mid-size companies: a cloud ERP built in Arabic that brings accounting, inventory, point of sale, purchasing, customers and HR onto one database, and reaches into specific sectors with specialised modules. Inside it is Awni, an AI agent that gets the work done with your permissions. Start with what you need and add more as you grow.

Why one system
- One databaseA sale at the till lowers stock, posts its entry and issues its invoice together.
- Arabic from the ground upThe full interface in Arabic and English, with right-to-left built into every screen and report.
- One set of data for every branchEvery branch and warehouse with its own balances and reports, and management sees the whole company on one screen.
- Permissions and audit trailA permission for every role and action, and every change logged: who, when and what.
Awni doesn’t just answer. Awni gets the work done.
Awni is the AI agent of Qodra OS. Ask by voice, in writing or with a file, and Awni opens the right screen, fills it in and gets the whole job ready, then waits for your tap. Awni works with your permissions, sees only what you see, and never approves an invoice or an entry without you.
Ask, and Awni does it
- "Add a new item"From a sentence or a photo of the box, Awni fills in the whole item screen, with anything it guessed shown in another colour for you to check.
- "Put this file where it belongs"An Excel from your supplier or your old system: Awni maps every column and tries it before a single row goes in.
- "Draw up an invoice for Abu Ahmad"From your words to a full invoice with items, prices and discount, approved in one tap.
Ahead of you on what matters
- Stock close to expiryWorks out what will be left and what you would lose, and prepares a promotion that clears it in time.
- Stuck in one branch, wanted in anotherSuggests the transfer and prepares it, so stock moves to where it sells.
- Customers who are late to payGathers them for you and prepares a polite reminder for each, to send or hold.
Remembers and follows up for you
- Awni’s notebookEverything you tell Awni is kept in your words, with its date. A month later you ask: what did I tell you about this supplier?
- Assign and follow up"Ask Ahmad to post the invoice, and tell me if it isn’t done by the end of the day." Awni sends it and watches its status.
- "What happened today?"What you recorded, what you sent and what is still open, in one message.
How Awni works
- You ask by voice, text or file
- Awni understands and picks the action
- Checks your permissions
- Prepares the work on screen
- You approve in one tap
One sale at the till, and six systems know about it in the same second.
Because every system sits on one database, there are no overnight syncs, no files passed between programs, and no figures that differ from one department to the next. What the cashier sees is what the accountant and the manager see.

Does Awni act on its own?
No. Awni prepares the work and puts it in front of you on the same screen; an invoice, an entry or a transfer is approved only by your tap. If Awni gets something wrong, it stays a draft, not lost money.
What can Awni see of our data?
Only what the person talking to it can see. A cashier cannot reach payroll through Awni, and someone who cannot see cost cannot see margin.
Does Awni make numbers up?
Every number Awni gives comes from the system with its source. If the information isn’t there, Awni says so.
Do I have to buy all of Qodra OS?
No. Start with the base and the modules you need today, and add others later on the same data.
Where is the data kept?
On cloud infrastructure with backups, each company’s data isolated from every other, and handed to you in full whenever you ask.
How long does go-live take?
It depends on the modules, branches and how much old data there is; you get a phased plan after the first session.
Do you train our team?
Yes. Training for each role on what they actually use, and support through the first days of running.
