How is an agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers. An agent does the work: it opens the system, fills in the document and sends the follow-up, then waits for a person to approve anything that touches money or stock.
Do we need Qodra OS?
No. Awni is the agent of Qodra OS; for any other system we build an agent on the same rules, on anything with an API or a reachable database.
Where is our data processed?
We agree with you on the model provider and hosting based on how sensitive the data is, and apply system permissions to every action.
Does it understand Arabic and dialects?
It understands Standard Arabic and dialects, written or spoken, and we test accuracy on real examples from your work before go-live.
